• Get alerts via platform or Telegram
• Track and copy wallets
• Upgrade to Pro for real-time features

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Whale Scout.

3. User Accounts

• You’re responsible for keeping your login secure.
• Sharing your access is not permitted.

4. Free vs. Pro Membership

• Free Users: Up to 2 wallets, delayed alerts.
• Pro Users: Up to 20 wallets, real-time alerts.
• Downgrade from Pro keeps only the 5 most active wallets.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or extract data without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content and branding belong to Whale Scout.

7. Termination

We may suspend access if these terms are violated.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Whale Scout is provided "as is." We do not guarantee data accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for financial loss due to decisions made using our service.
